My home is on Elwood beach (4 doors from the sea) and within walking distance to Brighton and St Kilda, the most famous tourist spot in Melbourne. St Kilda Pier is where fairy penguins have nests and is open to public viewing. This is where these cute penguins wander freely.
My house includes an outdoor spa/swimming pool.
1-2 minutes walk takes you to a sandy beach and sea where you can also swim and indulge in water sports.
10 minutes stroll on the beach to Elwood village where cafes and boutique shops abound.
Upmarket bayside neighbourhood in Church Street, Brighton. Best fish and chips and coffee in the world (my opinion only).
A bike trial runs all the way to the city.
5 minutes walk to bus that links with trams and trains to the city centre (Flinders street station and Southern Cross station that is linked to airport shuttles).
45 minutes by car to airport about $70 single trip.
5 minutes drive (and walkable if you don't have heavy luggage) to airport bus $22 single trip. Tix can be bought online.
Yoga/meditation sessions are available in the house upon request.
5 minute drive to Argentinian tango/salsa walk-in classes.
The bedroom is big with its own separate entrance to the front garden. It is an ensuite (shower/toilet). Room has a double bed (antique) with custom made mattress. Room has been described as WOW!
Unique features of house/home: theatre/film studio/multi purpose space suitable for movies, meditation, yoga, massages, tango etc. A baby grand steinway piano and me. I am indisputably unique. Intuitive cook, capable of producing eastern and western meals in a blink. When in the mood.

Its not only that you are in lovely Melbourne and live in the most beautiful part of it, ONE! minute to the beach,some minutes to ST.Kilda (the place to be for wine,dine&fun) but safe and exclusive, You on top live in the most amazing house in the street, in a lovely light, spacious and tastefully decorated&furnished room with a big bed with customized matrazes, antique table and your own bathroom. But the most impressing "thing" is you stay with the most colourful, vivid,brilliant woman you maybe have ever met in your life. The house is full of love and laughter, spirituality and creativity, music and art and if you want, you will be part of it. Its a sanctuary and spa and it is the kind of five star experience boutique hotels desperately want to offer but sometimes fail. Moni Storz creates this atmosphere just by beeing around and beeing the way she is. And thats all for a 2 star price. You shouldnt go anywhere else. I simply love(d) it!!! "
